Following up on her great success (3 Awards) at the NEPA Addy Awards, Jess Confer won two more distinctions at the West Virginia Flash Animation Festival 09. This time Confer won a First Place prize in the category of Online Advertising for her Buy Nothing Day Video, and a Runner Up award in the category of Personal Resume for her fantastically clean website
