Revello’s Pizza – Old Forge (style), PA

Revello’s Pizza is a manifestation of the putrid Old Forge style of pizza. For those who don’t know, it’s a multi-cheese pizza made of what is seemingly cheddar and maybe mozzarella cheese smothered on top of store bought “Sicilian style” (Schiffs I assume) crust. It tastes like cardboard and has seemingly few redeeming qualities. With that being said, Revello’s is clearly awful(as I assume the rest of Old Forge pizza is… but maybe I am jumping the gun). Unpleasantly boring decor, mediocre service and ridiculously over priced pizza…. I mean really, $24 for “bakery pizza” that I could have made as a child. Old Forge is not the pizza capital of the world, as it claims to be!
